Activate WinSPC – Prior to v8

Activate WinSPC Licenses for Versions Prior to 8.0.0

To activate your licenses for WinSPC versions prior to version 8.0.0, follow the set of instructions below.

  1. On this web page, in the first field below, enter your 10-digit Company ID. (Your Company ID is included in the confirmation email you received from DataNet after your order was processed.)
  2. Without closing this web page, launch WinSPC and login as a user with permission to use the License Manager function. (Click the image to see a Properties page for the default Admin user who has this permission.)
  3. From the WinSPC Administrator window’s Tools menu, click License Manager.
  4. Copy the Validation Key from the WinSPC License Manager window and paste it into this web page’s Validation Key text box. (Keep the WinSPC License Manager window open until you complete this process or you will need to start over.)
  5. Click the Submit Form button on this webpage.
  6. Copy the Upgrade Key that is returned by this page and paste it into the WinSPC License Manager window’s Upgrade Key field.
  7. While still in the WinSPC License Manager, at Serial Number, enter the last 4 digits of your Company ID.
  8. Click Upgrade to complete the process.
